Pre-School Portraits
Had a blast photographing my daughters pre-school. They are all so cute and happy. You can't help but feel better when you are around them. Then they all start running in different directions, singing 10 different songs at the tops of their lungs and you realize....it's time to go and let the professionals handle this. :)
Show at the MMAS
I'm very excited to be showing a few photographs, ok six, a the Morini Gallery in Mansfield with the reception being held Friday January 27 from 7-9pm. The Morini Gallery is run by the Mansfield Music and Arts Society which has been supporting local artist's for 20 years. If you get the opportunity please stop by and say hello. I've seen a number of the other pieces and they are really good.
The work I have chosen to show is a big departure from my normal subject which is....human subjects. Add to that I have never actually participated in a show so I am doubly out of my comfort zone. :) With the theme being New England I spent a lot of time going through my personal images looking for those small details that might tell the larger story. I'm happy with the photographs I choose and here is a peek at few. Hope to see you there!

Thank You!
Just wanted to thank everyone for another great year! It was a pleasure working with all of you and I am really excited about 2012. Hope you all had a great holiday. Wanted to share a wonderful referral I received right before the holidays which helped get through some of those long nights.
"John is a fantastic photographer!! John was our photographer for our wedding, and I have the BEST wedding album that you could imagine! It far exceeded my expectations. Now, 6 years and 2 kids later, he has done photos of my children for us. My only complaint is that there are too many good ones and it costs a small fortune to print all of the ones I like! Seriously, though, I will go back to John again, and again, and again....as long as my kids will let me! He does fabulous work and is super to work with.
